FRUIT: Medium sized, flat to round. Smooth skin. Green/yellow skin with faded red/orange blush. Creamy white flesh, moderately firm with medium texture. Good Flavour.
POLLINATION: Maypole, Polka, Waltz, Granny Smith, Jonathan
MATURITY: Mid-Season
DESCRIPTION: Fresh Fruit, Drying, Cooking.
TOLERANCES: Adaptable to wider rang of soils and climates. Best in full sun, temperate to cool temperate. Frost hardy.
TREE CARE: Prune side branches back to 10cm from trunk.
