FORM:Â Upright stout pyramidal shape.
FOLIAGE:Â Light green leaves 25 cm x 20 cm, smooth on top and pubescent on underside. (Lighter green than most Magnolias).
 FLOWERS and FRUIT: Rosy-red large flowers up to 30cm in diameter in early spring.

 DESCRIPTION: Felix magnolia produces magnificent, 30cm large open faced rosy red flowers which are borne on bare branches in early Spring. Very large, light green leaves appear after flowering.
 LANDSCAPE USES: Excellent upright feature tree, ideal for smaller gardens.
 TOLERANCES: Plant in a sunny position with good drainage and shelter from wind, so that the flowers are not damaged. Fertilize and prune to shape after flowering if required. Cold tolerant.
 TREE CARE: Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
