FLOWERS: Blossoms range from pale pink, through to deep pink and also some striped flowers randomly placed throughout.
DESCRIPTION: A small but very impressive deciduous tree with double flowers in an assortment of colourings in early to mid Spring. The unusual blossom ranges from pale pink through to deep pink and also some striped flowers randomly placed throughout.
LANDSCAPE USES: An early spring display of double crimson-red flowers on this flowering peach provides a bright splash of colour for small gardens and other landscapes.
TOLERANCES: Quite adaptable to a varied site conditions, but prefers moist, well drained fertile soils and a position receiving full sun to part-shade. Flowers best in full sun and when pruned annually, immediately after flowering. Often requires spraying to prevent leaf curl.
TREE CARE: Plant in full sun in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
Spray just prior to bud burst to help prevent curly leaf. Prune each year after flowering to encourage new growth for next season.
