This Months Feature Trees

Prunus Crimson Spire

The Crimson Spire reaches a mature height of 6 metres with a width of 2 metres at a moderate growth rate.
This is a small tree with a compact uniform and strongly upright habit with the branches almost parallel to the main trunk.
Young foliage emerges a reddish bronze, darkening slightly when mature with a darker underside. Best colour is achieved in full sun.

Persimmon 'Fuyu'

These hard to come by fruits are a wonderful addition to the home kitchen garden. They are very easy to grow, requiring little to no maintenance and are generally pest and disease free. Attractive orange fruits can hang on the bare branches throughout winter if left unpicked.
